Inspired by their father, Vigneron Ken Carypidis, they passionately craft organic, vegan wines dedicated to sustainability. Â
Introducing our second creation, Three Sisters Organic Cabernet Sauvignon, a tribute to Teresa’s fondness for this varietal. This beautifully crafted, barrel aged Cabernet offers an elegant bouquet of chocolate, cedar and ripe cassis. The palate displays rich dark berry fruit flavours with a smooth, velvety finish. The grapes used in this wine were carefully selected from our home block to create a contemporary red wine that has become one of our finest.

Made with minimal winemaking intervention, this low sulphur wine has been made from the certified organic grapes grown on the Carypidis family vineyards in Virginia, South Australia that are certified organic by ACO and certified sustainable by SWA. All wines made by Pure Vision are vegan friendly.
