How secure is your online shop?
We use an SSL certificate to encrypt/scramble your information so nobody can see it when it goes from your computer to ours.
Our SSL certificate uses a 256-bit key to encrypt and decrypt data files which is one of the most secure encryption methods available.
How much is freight?
We have reduced freight rates to all major cities in Australia, but if you spend more than $150, you’ll receive free freight! For all orders in Adelaide metro, because we’re so close, we’ll deliver to your door for $5. Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane rates start from $15 per dozen. Perth is a little further away and starts from $25. Sorry we can’t send to NT or overseas.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal for processing orders.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on where you live, delivery can take between 2-7 days. If your order has not arrived after 7 days please contact us.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Unfortunately, if it’s just based on taste, then we can’t refund your money as every person has a different palate, but if you believe there is something genuinely wrong with the wine, then please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
I am hosting a special event. Are any discounts available?
Absolutely, we always discount for large orders. Please contact one of the family members for further details.
I can’t wait for my wine, where can I buy it immediately?
You can buy most of our wines from the organic section at all Dan Murphy’s stores around Australia. Most BWS stores stock our wines, if they don’t, then you can ask them to order it in. Please contact us with your postcode if you are having any problems finding our wines.
How should I store my wine?
White wines are sensitive to light so it’s best to store them in a cool, dark place, between 10 – 18 degrees. Keep red wines out of the sunlight too and store at room temperature.
Where are the organic grapes from?
All of our wines are made from organic grapes sourced from our organic vineyards in Virginia, South Australia. This is what the term ‘single vineyard’ refers to.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately (link to contact page). We apologise in advance if this does happen, however it is very rare.
What courier service do you use?
We currently use APD to deliver our wine cases.
Do these wines container sulphur?
Most of our wines do contain a very small amount of sulphur (S02). It is a very small amount and well in the Australian Organic threshold.
The 2017 Organic Sauvignon Blanc Preservative Free and 2017 Organic Shiraz Preservative Free wines do not contain sulphur.
Are your wines vegan friendly?
Yes, our wines and suitable for vegans as we only use vegetable based proteins to clarify our wines.
