Online Store Content
We strive to keep our online content as up to date as possible, however, from time to time, it is possible that new information to our website can be delayed. Information is subject to change at any time without notice.
We would like everyone to be able to try our wine range and will do our best to deliver to most parts of Australia; however, there are some areas which we simply cannot deliver to or areas that incur hefty delivery fees. If you would like to check pricing or whether you are covered in our delivery area please email us.
APD is our choice of carrier and you will be given a tracking number to track the progress of your parcel. If you are not home and no instructions are left, APD will leave the parcel(s) at the front door or if indicated will leave a calling card to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
We endeavour to get our wines to you as soon as possible. Orders will be dispatched immediately upon clearing of payment. Please email for estimated delivery times to your area.
All products are available at the time of publishing. If you purchase a wine and it becomes ‘out of stock’ after we have received your order, we will offer you an alternative or issue you a refund.
Pricing & Promotions
From time to time we will run certain promotions on our online store. Each promotion will be valid until a certain date and once that date has passed the promotion will no longer be available. The prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Delivery charges are displayed separately and are not a part of the product price.
We accept payment online via Paypal and Afterpay. Once payment has been cleared the goods will be dispatched. PayPal’s terms and conditions can be found on their website at www.paypal.com.
Breakages & Refunds
As with most items, wine can be damaged during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged then please phone us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement. Wine is a perishable item so it needs to be kept in a controlled temperature environment. Upon receiving your wine please place it in a cool dark place. If a product arrives and you are not satisfied then please call or email us immediately.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel or change your order please call us immediately. Cancellations/returns will not be accepted once wine has been dispatched.
Licensing & Responsible Service of Alcohol
Wine should be enjoyed in moderation and responsibly. In Australia it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a minor (under 18 years of age) or to purchase/obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is a minor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order should we believe you are purchasing wine for a minor.
When purchasing wine from Pure Vision, you warrant that:
- you are over the age of 18 years; and
- any person that you are obtaining the products for, or supply the products to, is over the age of 18 years
