This limited production organic Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon was created using the finest organic grapes grown by our family in Virginia, South Australia. We have created a delightful iconic Australian blend with minimal winemaking intervention, using 60% 2016 organic shiraz and 40% 2017 organic Cabernet Sauvignon. An outstanding blend that truly reflects the intense characteristics of both varieties.
This elegant organic wine offers traditional Shiraz flavours of dark berries, spicy plum and black pepper, complemented by the aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon flavours of cassis and ripe red berries. This is a full-bodied organic wine integrated with French oak. Deep red in colour, it offers soft silky tannins and a lingering finish.
